The Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 20, 2026, issued the Madhya Pradesh Ease of Doing Business Act, 2026.
This act promotes ease of doing business by facilitating the establishment, expansion and operation of enterprises, providing for time-bound and transparent regulatory clearances through a Single Window System, enabling commencement of establishment and operations on self- declaration for low risk enterprises, providing for efficient management of industrial land and buildings, establishing an institutional framework for investment facilitation and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
It shall extend to the industrial areas in the State of Madhya Pradesh, as may be notified and it shall come into force on such date, as the Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
